I am surely against dilution and off-take backed loan would be the most preferable option, especially considering insanely short payback period.

However, I think some dilutions are innevitable. I do not think it will be soon, though, NLC 60+ mln. cash balance allow to till s/p will reach $10-12. This way, 10M extra shares will make dilution marginal, but 100M will be enough to secure any further borrowing till production.
