Agree. This is such arrogance in my view.

im out. After many many years as shareholder today I exited (sadly).

let's see where this lands but I want no part of it.

if I wanted to be a part of something like this I would have done my own dad and invested accordingly. This got crammed down our frickin throats. Arrogance. I'm out.
