Yes, as a safety we have enrolled in the RFP portal and we will, again as a safety, make a formal submission to the RFP for up to 320MWdc - 160MWac.

In the meantime many fronts are on the 593MW decision being overturned. (US Congress, PR Congress, Governor, and all the 14 other projects with their respective unified and individual lawyers and lobbyist)
