All of these welfare projects are failures within months of construction start. There deals are garbage ....we all saw how ON screwed authentic institutional green power developers who bought into the FIT program with $BNs. Just change the rules poof there goes $20 BN If they can do it to multinational power players like EDF a pipsqueak co like TWM on the brink of insolvency doesn't stand a chance ....the risk profile is so high buy I guess the civ servants will get new cottages, boats and trucks hahaha
