I don't even know what the lawsuit will be about...they all have disclaimers everytime they put out a statement. just like news releases with "all of these are forward looking"...I think this is mor elike retail investors missing out because they blew their wad last wednesday and got scared...every MJ stock was red...and turn green the next day...
