RE:RE:RE:RE:volume yesterday supportive of higher pricesyou have to be careful putting tangible value on blanket lands.  for years the pinheads at painted pony bragged about how much their undeveloped land was worth based on valuations in the area.

in the end it was worth the square root of fluck all.

crew are doing the right things, nice hedges, the water pipeline will cut current and future drilling costs until the cows come home and with the ability to squeeze real dollars out of their infrastructure if they need it the wind is at our back.

selling today is not unexpected as those that are selling are likely making a tidy little profit andt the fresh money is getting a reasonable entry point.
