As you ski and frolic and expose yourself and your family to others from other grey zones, (who may or may not follow the guidelines(like masks handwashing, sanitizing etc..) as you are not by region hopping), remember that ifanyone in your family contracts the virus during this time you will never know but always suspect that your indulgence was the cause of their infection and the effects of that infection..
Enjoy your time on the slopes.
Go Enbridge! ;-)

Here is a link to the blue mountain live camera: https://www.bluemountain.ca/mountain/webcams
You will notice how the ski lifts are packed with 3 + people which means families like mine are hitting the slopes.
We are expected with open arms at BM (and other resorts) and we are very grateful. We went to Glen Eden in Milton as well recently - very nice and organized.
There is this angry guy somewhere ranting about whatever, while throwing jabs at my kids, with a real concern about their education, about blible/religion, while we are trying to have a good time. It's time to move on to put this guy where he belongs on my ignore list.
Perhaps you should be concerned with your mental health. I think you lived in your bunker for way to long and you may need some D vitamin. You can find a ski hill or go on a hike and hopefully you are going to feel better.
Turn the camera on on Saturday, I will be on the slopes at 11 am sharp.
Can't wait!

What a douche bag hypocrite, you are the poster child for "Do as I say, not as I do". You'd make a good politician, you'd be the guy hopping on a plane down south after telling everyone to do their part and stay home.

At some point, most of the population (upon choice) will be vaccinated which will lead to herd immunity.
Until then more lifes will be lost and it is sad. Lots of people will die also because postponing ellective surgeries may eventually lead to fatal complications.
The eldery population ... no one talks about them ... there is no support .. CERB and all government programs were not geared to help them. Depression among eldery population is at the highest. Really sad.
We all do what we can to go through this mess. It's easy to send kids home and give the middle finger to parents and expect them to deal with it. It easy for federal employees not to go to work, and not to work from home while getting paid. It's easy for unions to ask for better pay year after year - surprisingly teachers didn't stroike this year. It's easy to close small business. It's easy to break the bank to spend tax money on we don't know what. It's easy to close ski activities because we are special. Yes we are - Ontario is the only place in North America that choose to do so.
It's easy to judge.
Meanwhile, it's important to take a step back and be grateful for what we have. Look forward to better times and make new beautiful memories. Live your life, be respectful and responsible.
God bless and see you on the slopes!"
