I no longer can buy ATH from ASK - confirmed

I no longer can buy ATH from ASK - confirmedSo either I was flagged as a large shareholder or there are other reasons but I no longer can buy from ASK side. Again, tried to buy for 60 cents from ASK and my order was going to be rerouted to a representative. It is kind of crappy but it is what it is. I am currently bidding @ 59 cents. Funny enough, I can easily sell to bid without rerouting which makes it really weird that not the same rules apply for lowering the stock price. In any case I do not care that much about myself but I am curious if there are many other buyers like me affected. If there are then it explains that on days like this the stock is not moving at all.
