DirectorsYou can be sure TD is grilling Kurt right now. He better have the right answers. I was very surprised when TD determined Prabhu's departure was a "mild negative". What's with that? Did management mislead TD at the time? Speaking of TD, I've never understood what Levitt has done other than collect director's fees. He should be gone too. The entire board bears responsibility for the handling of this. It's been badly bungled. This can hardly be called timely disclosure. Less than a week before the webinar? What were they thinking?
