RE:RE:RE:The one thing holding us back before........No clue... I didn't even know there was a problem regarding personnel. I know JOA is all agreed too just needs a signature from Menara. I'm certain Kirk is very much up too speed on the issues. Nobody walks in to an asset like this wondering why it didn't take off. My gut is if Jimmy likes this guy and his ideas we get a JOA done with a signature. Too much time has been wasted thus far on a sandbox disagreement
