His weakness, aside from his middling intelligence, is his ego. If he bashed the stock while buying it but kept his giant mouth shut, it would probably never blow back on him. But his ego requires him to also tell the board how he made money buying and then selling the stock while he was bashing it. He is such a bad liar, that he doesn't seem to get how that doesn't jive with his other lies about him not needing money and that he is only bashing to warn the innocent investors. I have also seen him post, on this board actually, and many months ago, that he knows full well that it is illegal to bash a stock while buying it. So it isn't that he isn't aware that this is against the law (not that ignorance of the law is any excuse, as any cop or judge will tell you) it is that his ego requires him to brag about his crimes.
