RE:this may be a good companyThe company never announces anything anymore unless it is completely done. There will be no letters of intent or deals subject to a whole bunch of stuff in order to close. Remember how the SP used to get crushed before when the company announced acquisitions. This was because people knew they had to raise money so they sold their shares and waited to buy into the financing at much lower prices. They even got warrants as well. C21 has been burned too many times to repeat this mistake. All you have to do is to look at the convertible backstop they negotiated as proof of their new approach to announcements. They aren't going to let people F with the share price anymore.
