Its key midstream assets include the Brazeau River Complex and Fractionation Facility (BRC), a full-service natural gas and NGL processing facility with natural gas storage pools, and the Ram River Gas Plant, a sour natural gas processing facility with sulfur handling solutions and rail connections. Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

Would the addition of this much diesel impact Prince George diesel prices? Right now they're at about Edmonton +0.10/l and Vancouver + 0.08/l, so if they're having to rail product out to other, lower priced markets or lowering their margin on PGR diesel production.

They're producing 6k b/d of diesel out of PGR right now, so the addition of (3*0.75*0.9) 2k b/d could change the market dynamics there. THey'd have a better idea of the demand that an idiot like me would, but Prince George is...far from places.
