Re-Open Mainstreet Pilot Project with BiocloudThe Re-open Main Street Pilot Project -- which Biocloud is a significant part of (along with other covid related technology) is now under way. The great thing about this is that they are eager to show it to the press and media. One could assume it will be up and running and media/press will be invited as early as next week.
Lawrence Gold on the Main Street Pilot Project which is starting in Kleinburg at restaurants XXI Chophouse and Doctor's House:
This is the first in a series of research pilot projects, designed to save Main Street restaurants. By creating an evidence based technology suite, we have paved the path forward for the SAFE and SUSTAINABLE reopening. The developed protocols remediate and monitor primary Covid transmisdion risks, and continuously “test” bio-containment and air quality (aerosol) control metrics. In the event of a potential or actual C-19 event, an imbedded warning system will trigger a pre-planned remediation process which will have the facility closed, sanitized and reopened; all within 48 hours or less. This also paves the way for the safe and sustainable coexistence with C-19 and its variants. It will also promote the return of customer and GOV confidence, and will facilitate a return to business prosperity.
This project will also provide the “hard hard evidence” that the Premier has requested. This project has support in principle from the Chief Science Officer of the PHAC, who is closely monitoring our progress. As soon as we complete technology installation and final testing, we will issue a formal invitation to the media to attend, observe and inquire.
