large share float

One of the biggest drags on the share price right now is the large share float.

So as it stands it is fairly valued.

An uplisting to the NASDAQ along with a 3:1 reverse stock split cures that. Even though that is only perception and nothing materially changes from the day to day operations.

The optics change !

That brings in new retail investors and eyes from instiutional investors and then hopefully the

" FEEDING FRENZY and PANIC BUYING " set in.
