RE:RE:RE:I see reasons why it's not up...Because Purevap QRR and Purevap NSiR reactors are both under Pyrogenesis roof. The tech and engineering are under Pyrogenesis efforts.
I fully object to any reverse split. More often than not it is very detrimental.
In the US, they have something called ADR (American Depositary Receipt) that you can list on US exchange. What an ADR is a sort of proxy share of the primary listing on a foreign whereby the ratio is preset, (Ex: 1 ADR share equal 2 of Canadian listed shares).
Using that could allow hpq to meet the price requirement of NASDAQ without needing to consolidate hpq shares.
Regardless..I'm betting as Bernard stated buyout before fully scaling.
pennymaker69 wrote: Why u quoting PYR when we talking about HPQ. If they do a reverse split HPQ could be on the tsx and nasdaq too!

Things what would help HPQ share price?
1) earnings
2) contracts with a $ amount
3) a take over bid.
4) saying who they have a NDA with.
5) a share buyack
6) a reverse split.
7) a News release of something REALLY new. Yes we already knew they where fully funded. Why put out a 2nd release. Just rehashing old news.
The CEO is on record stating numerous times there will be NO reverse split. "The Company wishes to reassure investors that ALL projects, including the NASDAQ listing, are ALL on track..." PyroGenesis CEO ALL means...ALL!! Especially Purevap NSiR reactor!!!!! LONG AND STRONG $HPQ
