Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Well said Trader. 

If I may speak for the unit holders that were 'scared' lol and exited last week  I felt due diligence played a large part in selling my assets based on as you say the 'pending changes'  that to many shareholders would be conceived as heavy handed and possibly even illegal as you say. Not sure on that but I myself had too much on the table to risk this manoeuvre not panning out. I sold my 30,000 shares and am out. I hope for remaining shareholders that this pays off large but again not worth the risk in my opinion. Small position not as concerned. 


glta. Will miss this reit and the old management that was soon to realize their end goal.
