The Canadian material or operating Subsidiaries are Just Energy Ontario L.P. (Ontario); Just Energy Alberta L.P. (Alberta); Just Green L.P. (Alberta); Just Energy Manitoba L.P. (Manitoba); Just Energy B.C. Limited Partnership (British Columbia); Just Energy Qubec L.P. (Quebec); Just Energy Prairies L.P. (Manitoba); Just Energy Trading L.P. That being said, there is very much instances when the parent company can be held liable for the debts of its subsidiaries. I guess it varies by jurisdiction, as well as how the subsidiaries are structured.
