Update on Scotia Itrade users

I am told that I have to contact Oddessy myself and facilitate the distribution myself. Has anyone else done this. Apparently, I do not have a Scotia Itrade contact I can provide to them to deal with distribution on my behalf. The Cathedral deal share are already ready for pickup since January 2021.
