RE:Jay Taylor interview. The only problem with the US $ 4 Billion takeover is that we might have to build a $ 1 Billion mill and get production running smoothly to attract that large an offer.
CT pretty much said that the Majors prefer a turnkey operation.
They've made too many mistakes in the past by taking on huge risks buying non producing assets and then struggling to get them into production. A lot of these have ocurred in foreign countries so our location helps mitigate a lot of that risk but the large takeovers of the past, like Detour and Malartic, are both operating and have been for quite awhile.
I do think we might attract an earlier takeover but $ 4 Bill, that's a lot of cash.
Of course a lot rides on our upcoming resourse #'s and then a pre feasibility.
I see 8,000,000 Oz. at 1 gram, could easily be twice that ( halo only ) with higher grade areas that would be our starter pits. Who's to say we don't have 20,000,000 Oz.
The good thing is we've assembled the talent capable of building that $ 1 Billion mill so that might be enough to scare a major into making us an offer so the pieces are falling into place.
Only 300 more sleeps maybe. LOL !

Two. His 4 billion number... He's talking USD. I like how he thinks.
