Sure, the stock price can come down for a few days, but for the medium and long-term it is an incredibly positive development. A $35MM bought deal is a massive testament to the viability of the Company and the strength of their plan. As a shareholder, I'd rather them be well-capitalized then not raise the funds at all. For early-stage loss-making businesses, fund raises such as a these are critical. Plus they will get increased exposure, additional shareholders, potential research coverage, all of which should drive share price in the near-term as well.
