Using Gas-Tax funds to cover this. I would imagine they're waiting for government incentives (coming shortly by way of Hydrogen committy) prior to any big ticket purchases. Hence why most notable transactions recently are from out of country miners. Domestic sales will skyrocket once incentives are announced.

Their budget for 2021/2022 is available for public review as well and I cannot find a line item that suggests they have set aside funds for such a project.
Unless dynaCERT announces a sale to Woodstock I will take my research to mean that for the purposes of generating revenue....... this trial was a fail.
