Liquidated, no arbitrage process?

Liquidated, no arbitrage process?

Wtf, if I get this right, neither the Creditors OR the Shareholders receive anything from the liquidation with most of what is left going to the liquidators in fee's?

In the meantime, the company was in arbitrage process for Billions with the Government of Armenia and the creditors couldn't allow for this process to go through and decided that nothing was better than letting it roll??

Personally will have a very hard time feeling sympathie for the Armenias crying like little girls about the genocide, litterally the only single thing they ever talk about.
