RE:Share PriceI do agree.
Disclosure and transparency are issues that management fail on a regular basis, seemingly unable to accept that Monument is a public company with responsibilities to provide their shareholders with timely disclosure and good governance .
In addition, they lack the flair to be able to move the share price by releasing more frequent status updates on events that keep the shareholder informed.
You might say, they have neither the skills nor incentive needed to run a public company in a very competitive market place .
ODY exemplifies these major differences in management skills and their consequences for market cap quite well.
In addition, the BOD does not have the technical competence needed for project development.
Hence we are always waiting on consultants reports.
In summary, lacking in initiative, ability, technical expertise , incentive and drive .
