RE:RE:Massive Opportunity for long term investor ??

RE:RE:Massive Opportunity for long term investor ?? very valid point and 100% agree with you. .  BAM is managed very secretely and many details are not to shareholders (private funds and contribution etc) and 40 odd people have all the contols to do what they want .

Bruce Flatt, Jack Cockwell and 38 others own 100% of Partners Limited  and have special voting rights and power to appoint 9 of the 16 directors  in BAM  and thus have full control over the company and its subsidiaries . They are easily screw up the average shareholders if they like.

BAM is run by very clever people.

The one caveat on BAM is that the insiders who control the companies are greedy fuks.

They run the company for themselves not the average shareholder.

Have you seen what they give themselves in compensation, RTU's, Options, Deferred stock. It's gross.
Any share buybacks done likely just cover what they gives themselves out in free stock.

They always say they are best in class in Governance as well but they still have 2 classes of shares which means insiders who control the multiple voting shares control the company.

so basically they do what they want.
