RE:RE:Gran Colombia offers $252m in friendly, all-share offer for i still believe R Friedland joined Gold X for a reason ...  maybe GCM-offer is just a starter to force others bidding higher for GLDX.. in the end GCM will earn a lot of cash when the chinese comes around the corner...   GCM will receive the break-u-fee + the gain of a higher bid from a third party ...   its Zijin? or maybe Ivanhoe ?   ..Ivanhoe raised nearly 600 million without telling  the market for what reason...       its like a poker game...        i'am not sure GCM really want Toroparu as a mine..i believe they want bring the GLDX-game to an end....possibly...

....fact is... even without an third bidder GCM gets a lot of ounces for a very very small price... Toroparu is far off drilled out...there is much more gold at this property and the staged Capex is not to high (including the money from Wheaotn) ... its handable ...   stay tuned , more to come here
