What's special about Karr
Karr when it is producing 41000 boe, 53% will be liquids and 87% of those liquids would be condensate.
41000 BOE A DAY
POU 41000*53%*87% = 18905 boe of condensate per day.
How does that stack up with VII Generations
VII Generations 57% Liquids, 60% condensate.
41000*57%*60* = 14022
So Karr is the sweet spot of the montney, and 34% more condensate per boe than VII Gens average production. Not a totally fair comparision but helps people to understand the reason why the play is so highly valued.
In the fourth quater TOU produced just over 20,000 boe of condensate for the entire company, and POU can potentially match this production from Karr alone.
One good dead deserves another and the only issue POU has to deal with is that Wapiti is even more liquids rich than Karr last quater Wapiti was 64% liquids and 91% of that is condensate.
This is why Karr and Wapiti have amazing upside and value.
