Tired of being left behind

Tired of being left behindI have been invested in VSR for a few years after PG's advice back when it was $.75 share.  But I have lost out bigtime when it dropped twice and I could no longer afford to keep losing.  Recently sold at $.73 and took a further loss but now it is back above $1.  I accept the volatility of junior stocks like this but I can't help feeling there are some big players who ski the price downhill so they can chairlift it to new highs, leaving small guys like me buried in the avalance.  Just can't stomach this anymore.  It all seems like speculation to me and built on hope, not facts.  I regret my involvement with VSR these years, having lost a portion of my retirement funds, but at least I have gained a little from CCO which PG also recommended years ago.  Just seems the little guy is at the mercy of those who can afford to stay in until the little guy gets out, then they do it all over again.  I hang up my skiis on VSR -  just don't want to be tempted again to win some then lose more.
