RE:Vimovo LitigationThe litigation timeline probably got delayed a bit due to covid, but q2-3 i'm sure will be done. 

They could see a windfall payment likely for damages by DRL. 

The prospectus filing makes it faster for them to raise money quickly should they see an opportunity to acquire another product and need capital for it. Likely an end cycle high cash producing product that could be manufactured at Varennes, would be my guess. I don't think they will raise anytime soon though.
