RE:RE:RE:RE:NAV now $10.98 and still trading at a DiscountHi Gord:  I for one think your strategy is very sensible.  EIT has a much broader diversification and is considerably safer. 

Eit has modest leaverage with Pref shares, while splits are "several times" higher, and therefore much higher risk and volatility in price.

EIT has NEVER, interupted its distribution, and is just as tax efficient as the splits.  I love it.
