There was no BK 
they used a Canadian Insolvency law to avoid BK 

stalkinghorse bid bought JWC out.  To avoid BK 

I talked to workers in the facility as of last week.   "Wagners well made weed". Is the re branding name for product. 

JWC cultivation "JWC" is still plastered all over the building as before.  Workers working 100s of them. With JWC cultivation uniforms / jump suits
