That would be a very good near term price value.

The balance sheet is good and the growth profile is above peer norms.

I also like the share consolidation.

These are quite beneficial to consolidated price when there are real assets supporting the market cap and when the market cap undervalues those assets.

That is exactly the case here.

So our market cap should increase .
