RE:RE:RE:RE:A question to the wise re: oil flow test on 2nd zone.Didn't Paul at some point, maybe during an interview state that he thought Chinook was a world class discovery, or something like that. So is it possible the last remaining zone/s could be dry ?
Seems that with all the data gathered on Cascadura just prior to Chinook, getting Chinook so wrong would be dam near impossible.
I presume when you hit a high pressure gas zone of 341' it's pretty unmistakable as to what it is.

They didn't say much about middle zone but is has oil shows at least, no mention of water. No mention of natural gas. It is not proven to be commercial yet.
As for upper zone of 341 feet, we also don't know much about that. We are assuming it is natural gas under pressure that will have good flow rates and prove up the entire Chinook prospect and set us up for development wells to exploit the reservoir. But that is not proven yet. It is not a discovery well until it is tested. If it is positive then this last month will have been a good buying opportunity. If the middle and upper zones are not productive, we may get even better buying opportunity. Even so Cascadura deep will give us more production and Royston will be drilled within a few months. I still have high conviction about TXP story no matter how Chinook turns out.
