1 Billion Market Cap Wiped Out

1 Billion Market Cap Wiped OutI cannot see XBC bankers feeling to bullish on the company with 1B market cap wiped out. As mentioned  by many here, management and the board are under the microscope here. They have lost so much credibility and deservingly so.

I look at this like a sports team, you are the premiere team with so much success but the following season you are in last place. Those situations cause coaches, GM and President to lose their job.

Well we are at that crossroad and two of the 3 are gone with COO and CFO. I cannot see the CEO surviving, this happened on his watch. There will be new changes to the board coming and new internal controls for risk management initiated. There is also something to be said founders often have blinders and can only grow a copy to a certain level and then you need someone with a different set of skills to take it to the next level

I believe we are close to floor and time heals all wounds and this too will pass but in my opinion a new leader will be appointed to take this to the next level.
