I think today is an example of price manipulation in advance of the financing closure being announced. The warrants are available for trading tomorrow, so the financing obviously has closed now.
Also, Clint bought 150k shares on the open market today for .14, and another director bought a few days back for .17.
The writing is on the wall. This should surge after the financing pr. Shrewd investors are coming in.
