One question : Is PSCM have a long tradition to hurt share prices of targets before acquisition ?

Take control of a 100M shares stock at 8$ rather than 50$ is a fortune to save.

With all the potential described in the beginning of your presentation and at this particuliar time were results will appears soon, I have the feeling that BU share price is artificially and severely cut down by a potential predator (s). So easy to do, BU down todat at present time 4% with less than 100K volume.
