Basket - frustrating, lack of detail is painful. From the Q&A section sounds like we aren't going to get that detail any time soon, they want to wait for duration, dive into the supporting data and publish (sounds looooong). While moving forward with 2 out of 5 is a reasonable outcome the lack of detail really doesn't help in supporting/validating the dlbcl position (well it doesn't help me). Sounds to me like that's it for the short term at least on the basket trial. It seems from what little they said is that it beat thresholds in cancers where pembro already shows some activity (bladder) and failed where pembro doesn't (ovarian). I'm not sure how to interpret that.

dlbcl - FDA interaction complete and positive that's great but really needs to be proved out with detail on the next trial protocol. If it's still timetabled for this Q does that mean they go public on the protocol before end of March?

ovarian - nothing new struck me.

covid - forget it! But I think we all knew that by now.

Overall (for me)- basket update was a letdown (that is the update was a let down not the trial we still don't know enough). All we really know is it wasn't a complete flop in all indication, saying anymore seems impossible without more detail. Dlbcl is really still waiting it's update.
