CannaCanada MDA Jan. Page 7 As at May 31, 2020, the Company halted the construction of the Weedon Facility indefinitely while it explored options regarding the future of the Weedon project. Through a series of transactions completed on June 30, 2020, the Company acquired 70,000 class B1 shares of CannaCanada Inc. (CannaCanada) being the final remaining 7% of CannaCanadas total issued and outstanding share capital. The Company received 3% of CannaCanada as part of the acquisition of the 25% minority interest in SublimeCulture. In addition, as part of the exchange for the final 4% of CannaCanada, the Company paid $50,000 and transferred the office buildings which were classified as held for sale. The Company now owns 100% of CannaCanada.
