RE:Diamond78

RE:Diamond78Thanks bbdiamonds - and also thanks to Frank and others for offering their thoughts. I will see in the next few months if the SP goes up at all. With the amount of heavy hitting investers Frank is in touch with, along with opportunity losses and litigation fatigue (or the potential thereof) in the next short while, I would expect a SP increase in this period of time.

bb - I have read the JVA. It is certainly spelled out in black and white, but the industry I practice in knowns how to turn black and white into grey pretty quick. The agreement's wording, and the court's current treatment of the litigation, certainly do lead to more of a grey-type situation that will not be so easily resolved in June. This type of litigation could run its course for years if both parties are willing and motivated to push it that far.

Also, bb, from a practical standpoint, with your negative opinion of this stock and clear bellief that it's going nowhere but down, I find it difficult to understand why you are still participating in discussions on this board. You must have sold your shares by this point and have different boards to pay attention to. If, alternatively, you are an altruistic fellow whose only motive is to repeatedly warn investers, then this altruism seems to run contrary to the aggression you have exhibited throughout your posts. So, I'm sure you can undersatnd, practically speaking, something does not smell right.

In the end, I think I'll hold for now - some potential for an upswing or a profitable sale, with little risk for a JVA buyout any time soon.
