RE:RE:RE:RE:Can they be shopping for a buyer? We seem to be in a quiet period.  I am wondering if some things are happening behind the scemces?  The main issue for NIS is feedstock.  With thier fiields in the region slowing down, it is cheaper for  them to make these wells commericail and not pay the shipping costs to keep thier refinery(s) running.  Better to have it in your back yard then in your neighbors south 40.  

My concern is they need to get a royalty payment on each well, but only if they consider it non commerical for EW.  A blanket royalty would be the wrong move with out knowing if an elephant is hidden in the maps.  Fraking would help but the Romanians are concerned about water sheds, noise and the ecology.
