I wonder what CR will say about this . I am not disappointed by this news at all.
Management has said that there is a plan on one of the conference calls.

We have now seen three parts of the plan
1)  get the stock price to $10
2) reduce holdings to some extent at that price
3) hold a capital markets day raising the profile of the company

 I do not think we will see very many days with a stock price with 3 figures in it . I do agree with the floor price comment or is it price floor?

Price floors prevent a price from falling below a certain level

In my opinion, the decision to reduce the partnership holdings can only be construed as positive by the market.
First, it provides some fundamental or floor price for the stock  in the short term.
Second, I am in the opinion that the low liquidity on the stock was producing a discount for at least 
10-20% , especially for insitutional investors.
The stock  may trade a bit lower, until the closing of the private placement, but it will resume it's ascent after the closing.
I will be watching to see if the underwriters exercise the over allotement.
