A "pumper dumper" is someone that spews false garbage about companies to promote a fake bull case in order to promote their own interests.  Btw it's also hard to trade a stock who's trading volume is next to non existent. 60k shares traded today? LOL but I'm the moron. I wouldn't buy this stock if you paid me to...maybe ;)
