Livramento gold mine, looking good.

Livramento gold mine, looking good.

It has been a while since I posted a new video; Richard and the team have been very busy as usual. The weather has not been kind to them, but significant progress has been made.
This video shows how much material has been stripped from pit one, and the high-grade vein has now been uncovered. I have added a short video from my trip to Mali, where gold theft was taking place, to show the difference in safety standards between the Brazilian operation and the way illegal mining is carried out.
