Just looking for an update/history on Synex International Inc. Good, Bad or Indifferent. i.e. do you still follow it and if not why not?

The recent (early March) news release suggests a controlling ~55% ownership by a Daniel Russell.

Based on the new high on Canada Stockwatch,co-incident with the News Release, the burning\noteworthy question is would the newsrelease (i.e. % ownership update/increase) have that significant of an impact (albeit low float) as to result in the recent "bump/runup" and subsequent pull back? 

How real is the privitization "speculation"?

Any comments/updates and other boards to check out would be appreciated.
