NR Canpotex Limited Announces Sale of 1.2 Million Tonnes of Canadian 2/8/01 AGRIUM INC ("AGU-TBDNPQX") IMC GLOBAL INC ("IGL-BDNPQX") POTASH CORPORATION OF SASKATCHEWAN INC ("POT-TBDNPQX") - Canpotex Limited Announces Sale of 1.2 Million Tonnes of Canadian - Potash to China National Agricultural Means of Production Group - Corporation Canpotex Limited (Canpotex) is pleased to announce that it has sold 1.2 million tonnes of Canadian muriate of potash to China National Agricultural Means of Production Group Corporation (CNAMPGC) through Canpotex's international marketing company, Canpotex International Pte. Limited. The sale covers shipments through August 2001. Prices and volumes are unchanged from last year's contract when CNAMPGC also purchased 1.2 million tonnes from Canpotex. Canpotex's member companies are: Agrium Inc. (Agrium) (TSE and NYSE: AGU), IMC Global Inc. (IMC) (NYSE: IGL) and Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (PCS) (TSE and NYSE: POT).
