MYM model works in the sense that they are under 30k sq ft combined and since Weedon was never fully funded with dilution or debt there is no big liability. I don't see how the company who would acquire them could benefit from anything but the brand power of Highland. The cash position needs to increase from profits all the while paying down interest on the $5 million outstanding. Dig deep into the statements to see the tens of millions of warrant overhang from the many small financings (a million shares here and there) that?were done to keep things going in 2019-20 while the Sublime license was in limbo. This consolidation here is good. I continue to make the case that there are a huge amount of people underwater chomping to see this higher. How many will jump ship and who will stick around? If some are patient enough to hold through 3 years and be down 90%, then what difference is 6-8 months to September and year end with every jurisdiction for sale except QC.
