CEO - needs to go ASAP

CEO - needs to go ASAPI'm just stating the obvious.  He does not have what it takes. Period.  This is not a personal attack but facing reality.  McPhail may have many positive strengths but driving sales is clearly not one of them.  Many years before Covid was even a word, he assured me that they were working on sales "hourly".  Never happened.  Yes, he has plenty of skin in the game but if the technology is sound then park your ego, issue a bunch of chairs to a seasoned tech professional that can move this company out of the toilet.  Until we see a strategic move at the execvutive level, I fear this company is going nowhere. jmo
