I am not saying that there can be no NDA or NDAs. I hope that they really exist.

All I am saying is that "common knowledge" tells us that the existance of an NDA is nothing more than a rumor, and that there is no solid evidence that one or more exists. The talk of NDAs is merely wishful thinking. That does not mean non-existance.

There are both positive and negative reasons for the company's dancing around the subject. We are left clueless, which may be OK, or maybe not. IDK
