Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

I own in my opinion a significant number of equity shares in erin Ventures. To take this video as it is presently shown leaves another significant question that has to be substantiated. At the 1:07 mark Tim states and I paraphrase We have a Joint Venture in place where the partner is obligated to provide funding to production. Should he have not said, if / when we sign a deal with a Joint Venture partnership, the onus will be of the partner to .....?
