Maybe the most important phrase is "Recent lab results of our locked test showed 100% sensitivity and 100% specificity" and the key part there is Locked in. All along they stated 100 tests then tweaked the device for the final Locked down device.

Actually the most important "phrase/word" which you conveniently left out was "MOST" meaning, NOT ALL... NOT 100%... man some of you people are dense..!! Hope theres enough crow to go around once you realize how to read.. LOL.. JMHO
